Who is responsible

EbiSEO is operated by Ebrahim in Glasgow, Scotland as a home-based service-area business. A home address is not published. For privacy questions, email hello@ebiseo.co.uk.

Information you provide

If you contact EbiSEO or request an audit, the website sends the name, business name, email address, website address, service area and message you provide to Ebrahim’s configured business inbox. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

How it is used

This information is used to respond, assess your request, provide requested services, keep appropriate business records and protect the website. EbiSEO does not sell personal information.

Legal basis

Depending on the situation, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal duties or legitimate interests in operating and improving EbiSEO.

Forms and security

Forms are processed on the server and delivered through an email service provider. Automated abuse controls include validation, a hidden spam field and temporary request-rate records. Email service and hosting providers process necessary technical data to deliver and protect the service. Form content is not stored in a separate website database by this site.

Privacy-conscious measurement

The site measures page visits and useful actions such as audit-button clicks, form starts, confirmed successful submissions, phone clicks and email clicks. It also uses referral host and campaign tags where available to distinguish sources such as Google, Instagram, referrals and outreach. The site does not intentionally place advertising cookies, create user profiles or send names, email addresses, form messages or full IP addresses as analytics event properties. If a privacy-conscious analytics provider is enabled, it receives only the page, event name and limited source information described here.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and relevant legal or accounting requirements. It may be handled by necessary hosting, analytics and email providers, or disclosed where required by law.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. These rights depend on the circumstances.
